While working at Between State, I've had many chances to design for Hilliard Art Museum in Lafayette, Louisiana, specifically for their Fall 2026 exhibitions. I've worked with them to create print pieces such as postcards, brochures, and mailers, as well as email newsletters, updating their website, and branding the four exhibitions opening in the fall.
Hilliard wanted an interesting and unexpected mailer to announce their fall exhibitions, and I was given the opportunity to figure out how it would be constructed and designed. I opted for a fold-out magazine style mailer to give the piece an editorial feel while still being condensed into the size of a regular envelope.

Matthew Day Jackson's work focuses on the materials and items that shape domestic life, including the dangerous materials used in the 20th century such as lead.
